Welcome to True Cleaning 4U LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website, cleaning services, and communication channels. By accessing our site, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including:

• Standard recurring cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Short-term rental / Airbnb cleaning
• Customized cleaning solutions

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided online, by phone, or via SMS are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Property size and condition
• Extra rooms or undisclosed tasks
• Excessive dirt, clutter, or buildup
• Additional time required to complete the service

Prices may be adjusted upon arrival before work begins.

3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

3.1 Booking

Appointments are confirmed only after all details are received and the date, time, and price are agreed upon.

3.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment.

3.3 Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a fee equal to the full service amount.

3.4 Lockouts / No-Shows

If our team cannot access the property due to lockouts, incorrect codes, unsafe conditions, or no one present, a full-service fee may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep the home reasonably organized for effective cleaning
• Ensure dishes are not left for us to wash
• Provide safe and clear access to the home
• Secure pets that may interfere with service
• Disclose hazards (broken glass, infestations, mold, electrical issues)
• Provide accurate home information
• Remove fragile or high-value items from cleaning areas

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with an area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

Re-cleans apply only to originally included areas and do not constitute refunds.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include cash and digital payments.

Late or declined payments may result in:

• Fees or interest
• Suspension of services
• Referral to collections

7. Breakage & Damage Policy

Report any damage within 24 hours with photos and details.

We are not responsible for:

• Unsecured items (frames, mirrors, etc.)
• Decor improperly attached (lamps, shelves, chandeliers)
• Pre-existing damage
• Items over $200 not disclosed in advance

8. Pets & Home Conditions

We are pet-friendly, but:

• Pets must be secured if they interfere or pose safety risks
• Excessive pet hair or stains may incur additional fees
• We do not handle pet waste, biohazards, or litter boxes

9. Service Limitations

We do not perform:

• Heavy lifting over 25 lbs
• Exterior window cleaning above the first story
• Mold remediation or pest control
• High chandelier or elevated fixture cleaning
• Roof, gutter, or exterior elevated work
• Caulking, repairs, or construction tasks
• Hoarding cleanup or biohazard removal

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Copy or reproduce website content
• Use the site for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass security features or restricted areas

11. Communication Disclosure

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free content.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

14. Termination

We may terminate services if:

• Payments are repeatedly late
• Safety risks or abusive behavior occur
• Conditions violate safety or legal standards

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
